Wednesday Night Youth Service

We will be talking about the ten commandments. The service starts at 7:00 p.m. includes live worship and skits. The Coffee Barn will be open at 6:00 p.m. for coffee and other drinks.

Sunday Discipleship Classes

We will be spending the next several weeks dealing with Life Hurts, God Heals. The classes will be taught at 9:45 a.m. and again at 4:00 p.m. This will help students dealing with pains, hurts and addictions. This will be a tool for student helping their friends deal with this things.

Skating

There will be roller skating in the Ark's Family Life Center on February 1st at 7:00 p.m. The snack bar will be opening serving hotdog, pretzels, nachos, popcorn and drinks. The cost is $5.00 a person.

Wednesday Night Service

On January 30th at 7:00 p.m., we will be studying The Red Sea and Israel's escape. Our Coffee Barn will be open at 6:00 p.m.

"Walking on Water" Movie

The Ark will be hosting this Outer Banks Youth Ministry Network event. It will take place on January 26th and willl start at 6:30 p.m.. We will be serving Coffee Drinks. Popcorn will be available. This event will take place in the Ark's Family Life Center

Paintball Game

We will be having another Paintball Game for students on January 25th. The game will begin after school and will go to dark. If you are interested in playing but need a ride from school a van will be picking students up at the First Flight High and Middle School. Rides must be request through the church office in advance. Call 252-441-5182 to schedule rides. Please bring your tanks full and enough paint for the games. We can fill tanks after the first games.

Wednesday Night Service

On January 23rd, we will be talking about the plagues God sent on Isreal. Our Coffee Barn will be open at 6:00 to hang out and for beverages. Our service will start at 7:00 and will include Praise and Worship by Jim Paisley, one of our famous Ark Youth Skits and the Bible Lesson including a seperate discussion times for High and Middle schools. We hope to see you there.

SNOWBLAST 2008

We will be leaving on January 18 at 8:00 a.m. (Please notice the change in time from the Newsletter). Snowblast 2008 is a Snowboarding/Skiing Youth Conference. We will be having 2 serves in P.A. along with 2 day's of Snowboarding/Skiing. The cost is $180.00 and they will need $120.00 for food. We only have two spots left!

Skate Night

Our next Skate Night will be on January 18 at 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Our snack bar will be serving popcorn, nachos, pretzels, Hotdogs and drinks.

Wednesday Youth Service

On January 16th at 7:00 p.m., we will have our Wednesday Night Youth Service. The topic will be Moses and the Burning Bush. The Coffee Barn will open at 6:00 p.m. to hang out and buy coffees. We will have another ARK Youth Ministry Skit and we will be dividing up into Middle and High School group to discuss the Lesson. Hope to see you there!

FFMS Wednesday Morning Prayer

We will be gathering with First Flight Middle School students on Jan. 16 at 8:00 a.m. around their flag pole. This has been a continuing time of prayer. We hope all FFMS student can join us.

Discipleship Class

Sunday, January 13 at 9:45 a.m. and at 4:00 p.m., we will be having our Youth Discipleship Class in the Coffee Barn. We will be continue our study on the Attributes of God.
